How to read these figures

Days on market is not the total time a sale takes. The clock starts at listing and stops when a promise to purchase is accepted. Add the preparation of the property before, and the wait until signing at the notary after.

The median price is not the price of your property. Half the sales in the area closed below it and half above. Condition, floor area, year built and exact location move the value from one property to the next.

Longueuil is covered by two areas. Vieux-Longueuil and Greenfield Park on one side, Saint-Hubert on the other. They are shown separately: averaging two medians would produce nothing valid.

Some areas group several municipalities. The note under each name says which.

Empty cells. A dash means there were not enough transactions in the area to produce a reliable statistic.

These figures describe the market, not your property. To find out what yours is worth and what a cash offer would represent, send us your address. The partner responsible for evaluations in your area calls you back shortly.
